Vida has enhanced its limited edition BTL range with lower initial rates and higher product fees with an aim to maximise loan size and affordability for landlords.
The specialist lender has improved its Vida 36 tier offering across individual BTL units and HMO/MUB properties, now providing 75% LTV on a five-year fixed rate with a 6% fee.
The individual BTL product has a rate of 4.84%, while the HMO/MUB proposition stands at 5.04%.
The limited edition products have a restricted tranche size and may be withdrawn at short notice.
“These new limited editions will allow a variety of landlords to access products with a lower rate that suits their specialist requirements, with the stability of a five-year fix,” said Helen Cawthra, head of intermediary relationships at Vida.
The range can be used by first-time landlords and experienced portfolio investors, for both individuals and limited company SPVs.
