Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has welcomed Tom Davies (pictured above) as the firm’s first group financial services managing director.
In his new role, Tom will work closely with the firm’s national sales managing director Kevin Shaw.
The appointment follows LRG’s rapid growth, both organically and through numerous acquisitions, which has added 41 branches to its portfolio, as well as increased its potential mortgage business.
Commenting on his appointment, Tom said he was delighted to join LRG.
“For both aspiring and existing homeowners or investors, the need for quality advice on mortgages and related products, such as life and income protection cover, has never been more important. I’m committed that we continue to deliver this to LRG’s growing client-base,” he added.
Kevin stated: “LRG is proud to offer an end-to-end property service, from land sales and planning through to property sales and lettings, along with many specialist divisions including mortgage and insurance advice.
“Expanding our financial services division and making this senior team appointment forms part of our exciting growth strategy.
“In 2024 our plans are to further develop our financial dervices multichannel and online propositions, while also maintaining a significant high-street mortgage adviser presence.
“While we are scaling up, it is also important that we retain the entrepreneurial spirit and agility that has driven the company’s success to date — these qualities are very much present in Tom’s background and skill set, and we are looking forward to our mortgage business going from strength to strength.”
