The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) has selected Leaders Romans Group (LRG) as its new national lettings partner.
This will provide NRLA members with a range of new benefits, including a third off published fees for any of LRG’s let only, rent collection, or full management landlord services.
Members will also be able to receive financial support from LRG in the form of its premier service in the event that a landlord becomes involved in legal proceedings.
In addition, landlords will be able to use LRG’s Glide Property Management service, to help ensure that residential properties are efficiently managed
Ben Beadle, CEO at the NRLA, said he was delighted by the partnership.
“Through our relationship with LRG, our landlords will benefit from a preferential rate on new properties and count on an unrivalled level of support in navigating the increasingly complicated world of residential lettings,” he added.
