Vida has launched a new packager proposition designed with and for key partners which includes bespoke criteria and product exclusives.
The Premier Package Club is based on direct feedback and offers a bespoke proposition with a new exclusive credit tier and a dedicated page on the Vida website.
As well as direct access to underwriters through its V-Hub and the Vida service pledge that applies to all intermediary partners and applications, the Premier Packager Club will deliver exclusive service with a dedicated packager support team and clear escalation route for support with challenging cases.
The lender will continue to work collaboratively with packagers to develop the proposition with two-way feedback loops via case clinics and office visits.
Helen Cawthra, head of intermediary relationships at Vida, commented: “Earlier this year we sat down with several of our packager partners and asked them what they wanted from a Vida packager proposition.
“[This service] is a direct result of their honest feedback, and we are excited to be able to deliver a unique proposition and service that will make it easier for them to help their customers.”
