Vida has reduced the rate of its two-year BTL product.
The offering is available on Vida Tier 48 at an initial rate of 5.04% and up to 75% LTV, with the fee now being fixed at £4,995.
All Vida products are backed by its service pledge, which allows brokers to request a refund of the £180 application admin fee if they feel they have received unsatisfactory service.
Helen Cawthra, head of intermediary relationships at Vida (pictured above), said: “We’re always listening to feedback from our intermediary partners and want to give landlords greater choice and flexibility, including those with larger loan sizes.
“Introducing a fixed fee for our latest BTL limited edition product alongside a reduced rate will do just that.”
