Lender Vida has launched a new limited edition two-year BTL product.
The product is available up to 75% LTV at an initial rate of 5.19% for loan sizes between £50,000 and £1m and comes with a 3% product fee.
The limited-edition offering — also available on individual units — is offered on Vida Tier 48, with first-time landlords welcomed and limited company ownership structures accepted.
The lender has backed the product with its service pledge, allowing brokers to request a refund of the £180 application admin fee if they feel they have received anything but excellent service.
Vida transformed its service proposition earlier this year following the launch of V-Hub, which gives intermediaries direct access to decision-makers.
