Property specialist Centrick has announced the launch of its new BTR platform, VICI, at MIPIM 2023.
The company has created the platform in order to provide an end-to-end solution for property developers and funds, and offer support for the growing BTR sector — which, according to the latest British Property Federation data, has grown by 14% between Q4 2021 and Q4 2022.
Centrick’s founder James (pictured above, left) and a team of directors will meet a range of major clients, developers and investors at VICI’s official launch event at MIPIM today (15th March).
