Godwin Developments has appointed Lesley Roberts (pictured above) as director of BTR operations.
She joins the developer from Allsop LLP, where she served in the dual roles of partner and CEO of Allsop Letting and Management.
Lesley brings more than 20 years of experience in the BTR and PSR sectors to her new role, which will see her play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s plans to build a £1bn national portfolio.
According to Godwin, Lesley’s main remit will be the creation of the BTR operational strategy across both the single and multifamily developments for the business.
