United Trust Bank (UTB) has promoted Frankie Kitchen (pictured above) to the role of BTL key account manager.
Frankie, who joined UTB’s mortgage sales team as a BDM in 2024, will work with Alex Alexandrou, sales director of BTL and unregulated bridging.
He will also work with Andrew Ferguson, commercial director of mortgages, BTL and bridging.
Frankie’s immediate objectives focus on developing strategic relationships with key broker partners in the BTL market, increasing awareness of UTB's BTL proposition and supporting intermediaries with regular training, market updates and direct access to specialist expertise.
He will also help in gathering broker feedback and liaise with the underwriting and proposition teams to help shape future product development.
"We're making significant investment in our BTL proposition because we see a real opportunity to support brokers writing more specialist landlord business,” said Andrew.
“Frankie's appointment reflects the importance we place on building closer relationships with our broker partners and ensuring they have direct access to the people, expertise and support they need to succeed.”
Frankie added: "My priority is to build even stronger relationships with our broker partners, helping them make the most of UTB's specialist lending expertise and ensuring their feedback continues to shape how our proposition evolves."
