Vida Homeloans has reintroduced its BTL product range and expanded its residential range.
The expanded residential range includes Fee Saver and Foreign National products, offering greater choice and flexibility for borrowers.
The lender has also relaunched its BTL range, enabling intermediaries to support landlords and property investors seeking funding options.
All products across both the residential and BTL ranges continue to be supported by the Vida Service Pledge.
If intermediaries are unhappy with the service, Vida may refund the application assessment fee (in line with the pledge terms and conditions).
