Keystone Property Finance has made a key double hire for its coverage in the Midlands, while also initiating two internal promotions.
Tom Lawry (pictured above, right) and James Harding (left) have been hired as BDMs for the West Midlands and East Midlands, respectively.
Tom joins from Birmingham Bank where he was a BDM within its commercial lending division, specialising in BTL.
Prior to that he spent five years at Paragon in senior retention and partnership roles.
James joins directly from Paragon where he was most recently a telephony BDM. He previously worked in underwriting, retentions and completions.
Existing Keystone BDMs Mark Hindmarsh and Kevin Meredith have been promoted to senior business development managers.
They cover the South East and North West, respectively.
“Creating dedicated Midlands territories gives brokers direct access to knowledgeable, regionally focused support, while Mark and Kevin’s promotions further reinforce the senior capability within our distribution team,” said Elise Coole, managing director at Keystone Property Finance.
“Strengthening our regional coverage is a necessary step in ensuring we maintain the service standards expected from Keystone.
“For brokers, this means stronger case support and greater confidence that they are working with a lender investing in the people behind its proposition.”
