Vida Homeloans has launched a holiday BTL range, available via intermediaries in England, Scotland and Wales.
These products are available for both individual and portfolio landlords, with products specifically designed for purchases and remortgages.
There are 18 product options available on the holiday BTL range, with two- and five-year fixed rate options at LTVs from 75% to 80%.
Elsewhere, Vida has added new propositions to its BTL ranges.
This includes new “consumer” BTL options to support accidental and non-professional landlords who have inherited or been gifted property.
Vida is also rolling out a ‘Let to Move On’ proposition with the lender now considering applicants who are letting their property to buy, rent, or move.
