Pepper Money appoints North West BDM

Pepper Money has appointed Michelle Walsh as its regional development manager to oversee the North West.

Michelle joins Pepper Money from Nationwide where she spent 12 years working with brokers in the region. Prior to that she spent over a decade as a branch manager at Britannia Building Society.

She is joining Pepper to strengthen the firm’s presence in the region, with business development manager Ryan Brailsford highlighting her strong understanding of the market and her commitment to building broker relationships.

“Her arrival comes at a time when more brokers are turning to specialist lenders like us to help find solutions for customers who don’t always fit the standard criteria,” said Ryan.

“As more customers look at ways to move or get onto the property ladder, it’s important we keep building a team that understands the challenges brokers face.

“Michelle’s expertise will be instrumental in helping us to continue to deliver outstanding service and outcomes.”

Michelle added: “I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my career, joining a team at Pepper Money that’s well-established and known for supporting brokers with practical, reliable service.

“With the need for specialist solutions only growing, coupled with increased pressure on customers’ affordability, I look forward to working closely with our broker partners to find the right solutions for many more customers in the North West.”
