Pepper Money has promoted Nicholas East (pictured above) to BDM within its second-charge sales team.
Nicholas joined Pepper Money in 2018, initially as a broker account manager within the second-charge mortgages team.
He consequently excelled as operations manager and, more recently, as a completions manager.
“Nick’s progression within the business has been impressive and we’re pleased to see him take on an exciting new role within the second-charge team,” said Ryan McGrath, sales director of second-charge mortgages at Pepper Money.
“His promotion comes at a time when the market is showing strong signs of growth, with more homeowners exploring how secured loans can help them to access the capital they need.”
Nicholas added: “After eight years at Pepper, I’ve had the chance to work across different areas of the business and gain a solid understanding of how we deliver value to both brokers and customers.
“It’s been a rewarding journey and I’m looking forward to stepping into a field-based role within the secured loans team to support more brokers.”
