Hinckley & Rugby has promoted Kim Dyson (pictured above, centre) as senior broker assist in its broker assist team.
Kim has worked for six years at Hinckley & Rugby in a number of roles.
She started as a mortgage services assistant in 2019 before moving to the completions team in 2024.
The broker assist team works closely with brokers throughout the mortgage application process; from initial conversation, team members are able to clarify criteria, timelines, and key dates, identifying potential challenges early to help avoid delays.
“The broker assist team plays a crucial role in making sure applications progress smoothly and brokers feel supported at every stage,” says Laura Sneddon, head of mortgage sales and distribution at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society.
“Whether it’s spotting potential issues early, streamlining application steps, or providing a consistent point of contact, their work will help us continue to deliver the kind of personal, knowledgeable support that brokers rely on.”
She will work on the broker assist team alongside broker assist officers Nicolle Cross (pictured above, right) and Dawid Jankowski (pictured above, left) who are both external hires.
