Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries has made a quadruple promotion within its sale and distribution team.
Lizzie Atkins (pictured above, centre left) has been promoted from internal sales team leader to sales team manager, taking on full oversight of both the telephony team and broker assist team.
She began her new role on 1st May and reports directly to Laura Sneddon, head of mortgage sales and distribution.
Sophie Hancock (pictured above, far right), formerly a telephone BDM, stepped into a new role as field BDM for the South on 19th May.
Sophie will focus on broker engagement and relationship management across the southern region, offering face-to-face support to help brokers navigate more complex cases and criteria.
Lauren Bayliss (pictured above, centre right), also a former TBDM, has been appointed senior TBDM, with her promotion also effective from 19th May.
In her new role, Lauren will continue to provide high-quality telephone-based support while taking on added responsibilities within the team.
She will report to Lizzie.
And Robin Thira (pictured above, far left) has moved from a business development assistant role into a new position as a TBDM on 1st May, becoming a full member of the firm’s telephony-based intermediary support team.
Robin will work directly with brokers to support mortgage enquiries and find suitable solutions for a range of client needs.
“These promotions are a reflection of the hard work and talent we’re fortunate to have within the team, and each individual has shown real desire to support our intermediary partners, and it’s brilliant to see them taking the next step in their careers,” said Laura.
“As we continue to grow and adapt to the market, making sure we have the right people in the right roles is key.
“These changes will help us continue delivering the personal, knowledgeable support that brokers value.”
