Gatehouse Bank has cut BTL rates by 12bps for UK expats and international residents.
These changes apply on standard and green two-year fixed-rate products, including those for customers seeking finance for HMOs and MUFBs.
For UK expats, green products are now available from 4.43%, while standard products have a rate of 4.53%.
For international residents, these rates are available from 4.49% and 4.59%, respectively.
“We remain committed to helping our customers achieve their goals and have introduced today’s changes with this in mind, aiming to support even more people seeking Shariah-compliant finance to purchase property in England or Wales,” said Gemma Donnelly, head of customer propositions at Gatehouse Bank.
