Vida Homeloans restructures distribution model amid leadership changes

Vida Homeloans has introduced a new distribution model alongside structural changes within the team.

Developed alongside several of intermediary partners, the model sees Vida invest further in the mortgage experience and strategic support it delivers to clubs, networks, packagers and firms.

Vida has consolidated all aspects of the mortgage experience into a single expanded team, reporting into the COO, Tommy Wight.

Vicky Birkby will become director of strategy and partnerships, building on her current role of driving Vida’s mortgage strategy and growth plans.

Deb Smith, Vida’s chief of mortgage operations, will continue to lead Vida’s decisioning excellence team.

At the same time, Helen Cawthra, head of intermediary relationships, is leaving Vida to take on a new role in the industry.

Anth Mooney, CEO at Vida (pictured above), commented: “The banking licence authorisation was just the start of our journey to become the UK’s most trusted specialist mortgage bank.

“Our new distribution model further enhances the Vida experience for all our partners, and we are committed to investing in delivering exceptional service and proposition development.”
