Vida reduces BTL rates and updates fee-saver range

Vida Homeloans has made enhancements to its BTL product range, including rate reductions by up to 54 bps.

The lender has also announced a refreshed fee saver range with new products across residential and BTL, available for standard, HMO/MUB, and expat cases.

Additionally, the minimum loan size has fallen to £150,000 for BTL limited editions, allowing landlord customers more options for lower-value properties.

These latest changes follow Vida securing authorisation to become a fully licensed bank.

Ross Williams, head of mortgage product management at Vida Homeloans, commented: “We've seen swap rates in the market drop over the course of January.

“We always endeavour to pass these savings on to our potential customers through rate reductions across our ranges.”

Vida has also expanded its list of accepted Scottish postcodes, now including 14 additional postal codes.
