Aldermore has relaunched its limited edition range of five-year BTL mortgages.
All available on up to 75% LTV, the fees on these mortgages range from zero to 5%.
The mortgages are available to both individual and company landlords, with single or multiple properties, and rates vary from 5.44% to 5.74%.
Jon Cooper, head of mortgages at Aldermore, said: “We’re delighted to reintroduce our five year limited edition range today to provide more choice for landlords when it comes to finding products which suit their needs.”
