The BTL brand of Foundation Home Loans has appointed Peter Olasoji (pictured above) as a regional account manager for the South.
In his new role, he will be working on existing and new adviser relationships, helping firms make the most of their BTL advice propositions and highlighting the wide range of products and criteria available via the lender.
He will work across the region with existing regional account manager Jack Gerasimov.
Peter has been working in finance for 11 years and property finance for the last six, having started his career at LendInvest as an internal and external BDM.
He joins Foundation Home Loans from MFS, where he most recently worked as a BDM.
Commenting on his appointment, Peter said: “Foundation is a leader in its field and has an excellent BTL product proposition that I’m excited to be joining.
“The specialist needs of both advisers and their landlord borrower clients continue to grow, and as a lender, Foundation is reacting to this and ensuring there are a growing number of competitively-priced options available.
“I’ve spent the last six years working in this space, and am looking forward to growing both new and existing adviser relationships to ensure they can provide positive outcomes for their landlord borrower clients.”
Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation, added: “Part of the strength of ‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ is the experience and quality of our sales team, the knowledge they can impart, and the support they can give to advisory firms.
“It’s why we always look for experienced, focused and dedicated individuals to join us, and we’re therefore very pleased to be able to welcome Peter to Foundation.
“He brings with him an understanding of this sector plus already well-established relationships with large numbers of advisers in the area; we’re sure he’s going to make a real positive impact for us as a lender and for all those advisers he will work with.”
