Keystone Property Finance hires new BDM for the Midlands

Keystone Property Finance has hired Sabiha Moghal as its new BDM for the Midlands.


Sabiha has over 10 years’ experience in BTL and will be maintain the lender’s existing broker relationships in the Midlands as well as expand its reach in the area.

Prior to joining Keystone, Sabiha spent more than two years working as a BDM for Mansfield Building Society, before which she held a similar role for almost five years at State Bank of India UK.

Meanwhile, Simon Jones, BDM for London and Essex at Keystone, is expanding his coverage to include two new areas: Ipswich and Norwich.

Commenting on her appointment, Sabiha said: “Keystone may have only been around for six years, but the impact it has had on the specialist BTL sector in that short time has been significant. In my eyes, Keystone has one of the best product sets on the market as well as one of the most forward-thinking management teams.

“Therefore, when the opportunity came up to join Keystone, I jumped at the chance, this is a company with exceptional growth and excellent prospects, and I am very excited to get out on the road to showcase how Keystone can help to find a solution for complex BTL cases.”
