Following the continued upward movement of SWAP rates, Keystone Property Finance has today repriced and increased its rates.
The company’s two-year rates have increased by 10bps and from 5bps on the rest of its fixed product offerings.
It has also added in new 80% LTV products on our standard range, 3% arrangement fee options for two-year product transfers and 5.5% arrangement fee options for new business.
