Enra Specialist Finance has completed a securitisation consisting of a £340m portfolio of first charge, BTL and second-charge mortgages.
The transaction, which is the lender’s fourth public securitisation, originated under Enra’s lending brand West One Loans and was securitised through its established Elstree securitisation platform.
The proceeds from the transaction will help Enra, and subsidiary West One, achieve their lending targets over the coming year.
