Specialist lenders Vida and Foundation Home Loans have bolstered their BTL product ranges with rate reductions.
Vida has launched a new two-year BTL limited edition product.
It is available for up to 65% LTV at an initial rate of 6.65%.
The offering is accessible on Vida 36 for individual units, HMOs, and MUBs, accompanied by a fixed 2% fee.
Foundation has refreshed its BTL ‘specials’ product range to incorporate rate reductions of up to 15bps.
The five-year F1 portfolio landlord-only product — reduced by 15bps — now comes with headline rates of 5.84% at 65% LTV and 5.94% at 75% LTV.
It comes with a free valuation, no application fee, and a 5% arrangement fee.
The lender has also made cuts to its two-year F1 and F2 fixed-rate BTL specials by up to 10bps, with rates now starting from 5.99%.
In addition, rates on its standard F2 HMO fixed-rate specials range have been lowered by up to 10bps.
Two-year fixed-rate specials for standard HMOs (up to six bedrooms) now start at 6.19%, and five-year HMO fixed-rate specials start at 6.54%.
Furthermore, two five-year fixed-rate BTL specials have been introduced for tiers F1 and F2, with rates starting from 6.39% available up to 75% LTV.
Tom Jacob, director of product and marketing at Foundation, commented: “We continue to operate in a highly reactive BTL marketplace, and we hope these enhancements to our specials product range will provide those landlords with access to viable and attractive options.”
