Vida has introduced new limited-edition products across its BTL range.
Two- and five-year products are available at up to 65% LTV via the specialist lender’s Vida 36 tier.
They can be offered on standard, HMOs and MUBs with a fixed fee of £4,995.
Initial rates start at 6.79% on a two-year fix and 6.44% on a five-year fix.
All products are backed by Vida’s service pledge, which allows brokers to request a refund of the £180 application admin fee if they feel they haven’t received excellent service.
Helen Cawthra, head of intermediary relationships at Vida (pictured above), commented: “We are pleased to be able to offer a new range of limited-edition products [to] landlords, providing more options to our intermediary partners and their clients.”
Helen added that the new offering could help those landlords looking to borrow larger amounts.
