The Howden Group has acquired Dublin-based financial services company, Finance Solutions, after also obtaining SPF Private Clients last year.
Finance Solutions was founded in 2011 and serves 7,000 clients with its 40 staff members.
Aston Lark Ireland — which will shortly rebrand to Howden Ireland in the coming weeks — has agreed terms to acquire Finance Solutions subject to regulatory approval.
