Specialist BTL lender, Quantum Mortgages, has appointed Claire Coulson-Joy (pictured above), as marketing and customer experience manager.
Claire has worked at Quantum as a website and branding contractor since January last year and has extensive experience in developing and implementing effective marketing and customer experience systems and initiatives.
She will now be responsible for developing and implementing the lender’s marketing strategy, brand identity and overseeing all customer experience systems and initiatives.
The Quantum team believes that Claire's expertise will enable them to enhance their brand awareness and broker engagement, while maintaining client satisfaction.
Commenting on her new role, Claire said: “Having worked with [Quantum Mortgages] since before they launched, I know first-hand the passion, dedication, and expertise that [the team] bring to their business.
