Specialist BTL lender, Quantum Mortgages, has promoted Harsha Dahyea to the role of national sales manager.
Harsha will be responsible for the national sales team and management of intermediary introducer partners.
She joined Quantum as a key account manager in January last year and was part of the team when the lender launched into the BTL market two months later.
Prior to this, she spent five years at Bluestone Mortgages, where she worked on the lender’s initial launch and distribution.
Commenting on her new role, Harsha said: “I’m extremely excited and look forward to supporting the sales team as we continue to grow.”
Jason Neale, managing director at Quantum Mortgages, added: “Having been part of the team that brought us to market, Harsha has made a huge contribution in our first year.
“As well as being highly experienced in intermediary sales, she is a respected member of our team who will no doubt continue to flourish in her new role.”
