BTR development “Riverstone Heights” completed at Leaside Lock

Specialist real estate investment, development and management firm, Long Harbour, has completed a 204-unit BTR development named ‘Riverstone Heights’, alongside affordable housing provider, the Guinness Partnership.

The project marks phase two of the wider Leaside Lock plan — aiming to bring 965 homes to the Tower Hamlets Borough — half of which will be affordable.

The 28-storey building located in Bromley-by-Bow, east London consists of studio and one- to three-bedroom apartments and will be managed in-house by Way of Life — the lifestyle focused BTR consumer platform.

The project provides 13,000 sq ft of shared amenity space, including a work area and rooftop terrace.

The wider Leaside Lock development is part of the Olympic Park regeneration project led by the London Legacy Development Corporation.
The construction used sustainable methods and has achieved the Planet Mark certification.

James Aumonier, chief operating officer and group head of BTR at Long Harbour, said: “This is an important milestone for Leaside Lock — a key part of ongoing regeneration of the Olympic Park area.

“The BTR community will benefit from Way of Life’s outward looking approach, which gets behind local, grassroots projects that share our vision for greener, dynamic neighbourhoods.”
