Wharf Financial Services has recruited Jamie Madill as a commercial finance broker.
Jamie’s role will focus on helping clients finance BTLs, HMOs, developments, and land and commercial conversions.
He has been a property investor and developer for over 20 years and previously worked at The HMO Company and Thompson Reuters.
Commenting on his new role, Jamie said: “Marc [Champ, managing director] and I have known each other for a few years and I’m delighted to join the team.”
Marc added: “'We are delighted to have Jamie on board.
“His ability to deliver solutions will be highly beneficial to new and existing customers alike.”
