Paradigm Mortgage Services has today (28th March) added Darlington Intermediaries to its lender panel.
Its member firms can now access the building society’s range of residential and BTL mortgage products, which include self-build and BTL mortgages, mortgages for expats, and an income stretch for higher earners.
Richard Howes, director of mortgages at Paradigm (pictured above), said: “The mutual sector has often been the one pushing the envelope in the mortgage market over the past decade, moving into more specialist areas and recognising there are plenty of borrowers who have more complex needs and circumstances that need addressing.
“This is why we are very pleased to be bringing Darlington onto the Paradigm panel, with its range of residential and BTL products specifically suited to those clients who are not of the vanilla variety.”
Some offerings from Darlington are limited to local area postcode restrictions covering DL, TS, DH, YO, SR and HG.
It has a range of online services and tools for advisers, including the ability to submit a new application and track cases online, plus an affordability calculator.
Chris Blewett, head of intermediary distribution at Darlington, added: “I am delighted we will now be offering our proposition through Paradigm, allowing their broker partners a range of flexible lending options to further support their clients’ homeownership goals.”
