Landbay will be organising a webinar to help intermediaries understand BTL affordability challenges.
The online event — titled ‘BTL affordability: navigating the challenges’ — aims to explain the current market situation and discuss the current options available for landlords to secure a mortgage.
Landbay’s regional account manager Alex Witham (pictured above) will be presenting the webinar, during which he will explain stress testing and affordability calculations.
He will also look at how the sector has changed since new rules were introduced in 2017, and the significant increase in the number of new BTL limited companies set up in the past five years.
