Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has made 16 internal promotions over recent months and is actively hiring across 11 different roles.
The promotions include those of Scott Lord, Richard D’Souza, and Omkar Hushing, who have all been moved up from their positions as underwriting managers.
Scott has been appointed head of bridging underwriting for direct brokers and clients, while Richard has been named head of bridging underwriting for business development and networks.
Omkar, meanwhile, has been promoted to head of BTL and specialist lending underwriting.
Elsewhere, BDMs Zahira Fayyaz and Paul Ratcliffe have been named as regional sales manager for the South East regional sales manager for the North respectively.
The duo will work alongside Imogen Williams, who serves as regional sales manager for the South West.
MFS is currently on track to achieve e its goal of growing its loan book to £1.5bn by the end of the year.
As part of its ongoing expansion, the lender has promoted Maria Gilbert to chief of staff to manage its increased headcount, which has doubled since the start of 2022 to more than 100 employees.
Going forward, MFS is looking to hire across 11 more underwriting and BDM roles.
