Landbay has lowered interest rates on its range of two-year fixed-rate BTL mortgages.
The changes will apply to standard properties, HMOs and MUFBs.
• standard property two-year 75% LTV fixed – 4.89% reduced from 4.99%
• standard property two-year 80% LTV fixed – 5.09% reduced from 5.29%
• small HMO two-year 75% LTV fixed – 4.89% reduced from 5.19%
• small MUFB two-year 75% LTV fixed – 4.89% reduced from 5.19%
