Together to host PRS latest trends webinar

Together will soon host a webinar exploring the latest landlord trends and portfolio lending strategies in the PRS.

Taking place at 1pm on September 11th, the one-hour event will take place online.

Steven Bletsoe, head of regional business for the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) will join host Michelle Walsh, Together’s intermediary sales director (pictured above) for the webinar.

Bradley Wolstenholme, underwriting relationship manager at Together will make up the panel, to provide practical guidance for brokers in underwriting specialist BTL cases.

In addition, attendees will have access to findings from Together's latest landlord research.

“The Renters’ Rights Act is the latest piece of legislation for landlord clients to get their heads around, and it comes after a raft of changes over the past few years which have fundamentally changed the shape of the rental market,” said Michelle.
