Coventry Intermediaries has become the latest addition to Buy to Let Club’s panel

The lender, who through its Godiva brand, offers buy-to-let mortgages which are known for their low interest rates, arrangement fees and recently removed its £250 fee.
Mortgage club manager of the Buy to Let Club, Cat Armstrong, is delighted to welcome Coventry to the club.
“Through its Godiva brand Coventry has become a huge player in the buy-to-let arena and I’m delighted to welcome it to our panel.”
Head of intermediaries, Kevin Purvey, also echoed the sentiment: “Buy to Let Club has become a successful part of the sector and as an established lender we’re pleased to be joining its panel.”
Coventry’ addition come after another successful year for the club and managing director of the Buy to Let Club, Ying Tan, says he has been blown away by the growth they’ve experienced.
“2014 has certainly been our best year yet,” said Ying Tan.
“We started the club in 2012 so we’re still relatively new to the market yet we’ve already shown we can hold our own against some of the long-established names.
“The launch of our specialist help-desk has been greatly received by our brokers and we have continued to build and develop relationships with some of the most well-regarded lenders in the industry.
“We’re fully focussed on continuing our success in 2015 and bringing our brokers even more exclusive offer as well as doing all we can to help them boost their own business levels.”
