Lendlord adds Property Register tool to Compliance Hub

New feature designed to help simplify preparations for landlords

Lendlord has added a Property Register tool to its Compliance Hub to help landlords prepare for the launch of England’s new rental database.

This new tool brings together information already held in a landlord's portfolio to prepare a registration pack, flags missing details and identifies regional registration deadlines.

Landlords will still need to complete registration through the government's service, using the information prepared in Lendlord.

The tool goes beyond initial registration and manages registration notifications, due dates and renewal reminders across the portfolio.

It also alerts landlords when changes to their property or tenancy information require an update to the register.

“Preparing for the new database should not mean starting from scratch,” said Aviram Shahar, co-founder and CEO of Lendlord (pictured above).

“Landlords already hold much of the information they need, and our Property Register tool brings it together to make preparation simpler.

“The tool manages deadlines, notifications and renewal reminders, and alerts landlords when changes mean they need to update the register.

“It makes these ongoing responsibilities a manageable part of running a property portfolio.”
