Foundation Home Loans expands BTL range

The new products are available across its standard, specialist, HMO and first-time landlord range, with products available from 1st November.
The new range complements the specialist lender’s existing product range and comes with a new arrangement fee of £1,995.
The new rates are:

“These new products – combined with our existing suites – will provide a much broader choice to intermediaries and their landlord clients.
“All our products are available to individuals and limited companies.”
