Foundation adds to F1 offering

Foundation has added to its range of BTL products for F1 clients, a two- and a five-year fixed remortgage only offering.

Both are available at 75% with one free standard valuation, £250 cashback and no application fee.

The two-year option is available from 4.99% with a 4% fee.

Meanwhile, the five-year option has a rate of 5.84% with a 5% fee.
