e4 Strategic unveils homebuying platform

e4 Strategic has launched a digital homebuying platform, designed to make the post-offer stage more efficient.

VERSA Convey is a digital workflow developed in consultation with lenders and conveyancers, which aims to bring lender and conveyancer interactions into one place.

By reducing duplication and streamlining communication, it helps firms resolve issues before they affect completion times.

The new system is integrated with VERSA Assure, e4 Strategic's conveyancer panel management platform, to help risk and operations teams identify bottlenecks sooner, reduce avoidable delays and improve completion certainty.

VERSA Convey features include Electronic Certificate of Title (eCOT) processing and validation, and centralised document management with version control and workflow approvals.

"If we're serious about delivering the next step change in homebuying, there will inevitably be occasions where organisations that have traditionally operated independently might need to collaborate more closely,” said Simon Slater, CEO at e4 Strategic.

“That may not always be commercially straightforward, but creating an improved consumer experience will depend on building a more joined-up process across the industry.
