Foundation refreshes BTL range with returning products and rate cuts

Foundation has updated its BTL mortgage range, re-introducing a number of products, launching a new Green HMO offering and reducing rates across its holiday let range.


The refreshed proposition includes the return of F1, £4£ Remortgage and HMO two-year fixed products, alongside the launch of a new HMO Green five-year fixed option.

Products launched today feature rates from 4.24% on the F1 two-year fixed £4£ product with a 4% fee and 5.39% on the F1 Green five-year fixed with a 5% fee, offering landlords and their advisers an even wider choice of specialist lending solutions.

 The products available from today (31st July) include:

• F1 two-year Fixed at 75% LTV with a rate of 4.84% and a 3% fee
• F1 £4£ Remortgage 2 Year Fixed at 75% LTV with no additional borrowing, a rate of 4.24%, a 4% fee with a free standard valuation and no application fee
• F1 five-year Fixed Green at 75% LTV with a rate of 5.39%, a 5% fee with a free standard valuation and no application fee
• HMO Green five-year Fixed at 75% LTV with a rate of 5.49%, a 5% fee with £500 cashback and no application fee
• HMO two-year Fixed at 75% LTV with a rate of 4.94% and a 3% fee
• Holiday Let two-year and five-year Fixed at 75% LTV reduced by 0.20%, with rates now at 5.99% and 6.14% with a 2% fee

In addition, Foundation has reduced rates by 0.2% on its F2 two and five-year fixed Holiday Let products with a 2% fee, with rates now starting from 5.99%.
