LendInvest has launched a semi-commercial BTL range, across both two- and five-year fixed-rates.
These start at 5.94% and are available for individuals and corporations that meet its Tier 1 and Tier 2 borrower profiles.
Expats will also be considered, provided that a professional UK-based management agent is established and in place to look over the asset.
As is the case with all of LendInvest’s BTL products, mortgage intermediaries will be able to submit the initial inquiry, application and monitor the entire process from the company’s Mortgages Portal platform, along with having direct access to dedicated teams of underwriters and case managers.
