Paragon Bank has appointed Holly Morrison (pictured above) as a BDM for its BTL team in Scotland.
Holly will support intermediary partners across Scotland, covering the AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KY, ML, PA, PH and TD postcode regions.
She will report to Samuel Debenham, regional manager for mortgage sales in the North.
Holly's working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with brokers supported by Paragon’s customer relationship team on Mondays and Tuesdays.
She has been with Paragon for eight years and earlier in her career held roles at Scottish and Dunfermline Building Societies.
“She brings a wealth of experience and a detailed understanding of the Scottish market, alongside the relationships she has built supporting intermediaries across the region,” said Samuel.
“Her knowledge of the complexities of BTL, combined with her commitment to delivering a high level of service, will be invaluable as we continue to work closely with brokers and grow our presence across Scotland.”
