West One has boosted its mortgages division with the creation of two new roles alongside eight promotions in the team.
Jason Ruse has been promoted from regional account manager to the newly created role of national account manager.
This will see him provide dedicated support to club and network partners across the UK, as well as working closely with the regional sales team to build broker coverage.
Elsewhere, seven roles have been identified for promotions from within the lender’s underwriting teams to expand operations.
These promotions also open up room for more junior and mid-career hires in a quickly expanding part of the business.
A roving underwriter has also been appointed to work closely with broker partners in South Wales.
This appointment has been made to streamline the journey from enquiry to completion on appropriate cases while delivering responsive on-site support.
