Landbay will focus on the upcoming Renters Rights Act in its latest Spotlight webinar, analysing what it means for brokers and landlords alike.
The session will feature Carrie Kus, independent housing sector consultant, who will provide a clear view of the changes being introduced, what is confirmed for May and what brokers should expect next.
This will be hosted by Alex Witham, regional account manager at Landbay, and include detail on rent increases, rental bidding, the removal of Section 21 and a forward look at Awaab’s Law and the Decent Homes Standard.
There will also be a live Q&A, giving attendees the chance to put their questions directly to the speakers.
“There is already a great deal of discussion around the Renters’ Rights Act, but also a fair amount of uncertainty, which is why sessions like this are so important in helping advisers separate confirmed changes from what is still to come,” said Rob Stanton, sales and distribution director at Landbay (pictured above).
“By bringing in an experienced voice like Carrie’s, we want to provide clear, practical insight that brokers can use straight away, ensuring they are well-placed to guide their clients through what is a significant shift for the sector.”
