Paragon Bank has rehired Sam Waterhouse (pictured above) as a BDM for its BTL sales team.
Sam, who previously spent 12 years with Paragon, will cover the West Midlands region.
He rejoins after a two-year tenure as Landbay’s BDM for the region.
In his new role he will report to regional mortgages sales manager for the North Sam Debenham.
“We’re delighted to be welcoming back Sam to the Paragon team,” said Sam Debenham.
“With his recent experience out in the field along with his time here as an underwriter, Sam’s skills and experience will be instrumental in helping us further strengthen relationships with our intermediary partners across the region.”
Sam Waterhouse added: “Spending 12 great years here, primarily as an underwriter, has provided me with an in-depth understanding of how we are able to support our customers to find solutions.
“In the time since my first stint, the team has enhanced its systems, processes and criteria to mean the bank can write a broader range of business, more simple propositions as well as the complex cases Paragon has always excelled at.”
