Offa has appointed Trevor Melly (pictured above) as a senior underwriting manager.
Trevor brings 25 years’ experience to the role, and most recently spent a decade at Signature Finance as credit and risk director.
He previously managed a £200m funding line, held a credit mandate of £2m and completed over 1,800 deals in the alternative finance space.
His hire is the latest in a recruitment drive for the Shariah-compliant property fintech which has doubled its headcount to 45 in the past year. In his new role, Trevor will report to managing director of bridging and development finance Naseer Ahmed.
