NRLA partners with proptech Hybr

The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) has partnered with proptech firm Hybr, giving its members access to the platform’s digital landlord solutions.

Hybr is aimed at the student and graduate rental market with proptech tools designed to facilitate such lettings more efficiently.

This will allow NRLA members to manage enquiries over multiple channels — including Rightmove, Zoopla, OTM and UniHomes — in one dashboard.

They can then market individual rooms or automated houses, qualify leads up-front and manage viewing schedules digitally.

The partnership with NRLA means landlords that are members with the group can qualify for discounts to use Hybr, ranging from £75 to £1000 depending on the number of properties they use it for.

“In a sector that’s increasingly digital, fragmented and competitive, our members need simple, powerful tools to help them let properties quickly, transparently and with confidence,” said Sam Croasdale, deputy director of commercial partnerships at the NRLA.

“Hybr’s platform makes that possible for student and HMO landlords wanting to find trustworthy student tenants."

Hannah Chappatte, founder of Hybr, added: “Letting agents and landlords are drowning in unqualified enquiries from multiple channels, juggling too many tools, and losing hours to manual admin.”

“Hybr brings it all into one place, automating the grunt work, and helping you make the most of every lead.”
