Market Harborough Building Society has partnered with mortgage club and specialist packager Brilliant Solutions.
The partnership has been formed to expand the former’s distribution, enabling the latter’s members to access its mortgage and bridging finance products.
Brokers can now register with Market Harborough via Brilliant Solutions and start placing cases immediately.
Market Harborough provides loans up to £5m and caters for those with more complex circumstances, with its range of mortgages tiered based on case complexity.
It offers flexible solutions including residential up to £3m, large loans up to £5m, BTL and holiday let, expats and bridging finance scenarios.
